RHAC has been implementing Youth Health Program since 1997. We work in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, and Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE). We work with the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport, schools, universities, and in villages with local authority. RHAC is now recruiting staff for the Youth Health Program, starting in 2025, for the following positions:

1. Provincial Program Officer: 2 positions (1 in Kampot, 1 in Siem Reap)

2. Field Project Officer:  3 positions (1 in Kampot, 1 in Siem Reap, and 1 in Battambang)

3. Youth Health Educator: 4 positions (1 in Kampot, 2 in Siem Reap, and 1 in Battambang)

4. Program Officer: 1 position in Phnom Penh

 Role and Responsibilities:

 1.      Provincial Program Officer:

• Responsible for implementation of Youth Health Program at the provincial level according to the project plan and budget

• Supervise Youth Health Educators

• Coordinate with stakeholders at the provincial and district levels

• Report to Youth Project Officer at RHAC’s Office

 2.      Field Project Officer:

• Implementation of the project according to the approved workplan and budget

• Provide support to YHE, conduct education sessions for young people

• Work with young people, university students, and other stakeholders

• Recording and reporting, following RHAC’s M&E system

• Report to PPO

 3.      Youth Health Educators:

• Raise awareness on SRHR/CSE for young people through conducting events, education sessions.

• Manage RHAC’s Youth Centers

 4.      Program Officer:

• Responsible for Youth Health Program in consultation with RHAC’s senior management and Program Advisor.

• Prepare workplan and budget

• Supervise and support the project staff

 All candidates must have knowledge and experiences on SRHR/CSE and familiarity with the community where we work (villages, schools, universities, etc.). We start receiving application from 24 December 2024 until we have selected all the positions.
