RHAC, a leading NGO dedicated to Women's Health and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, extends its mission to benefit women, adolescents, garment factory workers, entertainment workers, and other vulnerable groups. Our impactful initiatives span across 19 provinces in Cambodia, where we collaborate closely with pertinent government ministries and development partners.

Currently, RHAC is actively seeking a committed Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (M&E Officer) for a full-time role, based at our headquarters in Phnom Penh

Main Responsibilities

The M&E Officer will lead the internal assessment of project interventions, ensuring the timely capture of comprehensive data. This includes developing assessment methodologies, conducting data collection, and maintaining data quality. The officer will provide vital feedback on project strategies and effectiveness, contribute to various program reports, and actively participate in project reviews and planning, ultimately playing a pivotal role in enhancing project impact and outcomes.

Requirements

Education: BSc degree in public health or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of two years in research and related work.

Skills: Proficiency in SPSS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, working knowledge of English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
