RHAC has been working on Women and Sexual and Reproductive Health since 1996. We work with adolescents, rural women, garment factory workers, entertainment workers, and other vulnerable groups. We implement our work in 19 out of 25 provinces in Cambodia and work closely with relevant government ministries and development partners. RHAC is now seeking Cambodian candidates to fill the vacant position of Field Officer of the project “Increased coverage of medical abortion services”, based in Banteay Meanchey

Summary of the Position:

The Field Officer directly leads all field activities, and liaises with stakeholders in the three provinces (Banteay Meanchey, Pursat and Kampong Thom) including preparing monthly and weekly workplan and budgets for the project, providing daily support and monitoring VHSGs in conducting community awareness at the community level, managing budget, collect case studies and real-life stories, prepares weekly and monthly expenses, and write progress report for direct supervisor and finance manager.

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Advanced degree in social sciences, public health, or similar fields.

• At least two years of experience working in community health program implementation.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Government, Ministry of Health officials, and provincial, district and commune authorities.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment are also required.

• Have knowledge in English and Khmer (speaking and writing)

• Good computer skills: word (typing Khmer and English), excel, PowerPoint software, etc.
