Provincial Project Coordinator
One position at Pailin (PPC-Pailin)

Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a leading non-governmental organization (NGO) working on sexual and reproductive health, including maternal and newborn health, as well as HIV/AIDS. RHAC implements projects across 19 provinces in Cambodia, with HIV programs operating in 13 of these provinces. RHAC is currently seeking qualified, talented, and committed Cambodian candidates to fill two positions of Provincial Project Coordinator (PPC), based in Pailin provinces.

Main Responsibilities

Manage HIV prevention project implementation among key population (MSM, TG &FEW) in the province through physical outreach, virtual outreach, PDI+, mobile outreach in different Hotspots and Entertainment Establishment.
Increase detection of new HIV cases among MSM, TG &FEW through effective scale up of HIV/STI testing and referral for treatment.
Provide capacity building for project staff and Outreach Worker on core services package, education methodology, finger prick testing, reporting/ recording, PDI+, HIV-Self testing and approaches to get KP involve in the project activities.
Prepare monthly/ quarterly plan and report, then submit on time.
Coordinate and collaborate with other RHAC projects staff, Health Officer, local authority and Entertainment Establishment.

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master of public health or business management or human resource management or relevant degree.
Have experiences working in health or project coordinator preferred at least 4 years.
Ability to write and communicate in Khmer and English.
Be able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point).
