Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a leading NGO, working on promoting health, particularly women’s and adolescents’ health. RHAC youth health program is working in Phnom Penh, and Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang provinces to promote health and well-being of young people by (1) implementing CSE in schools, (2) promoting SRHR knowledge for youth out of school (young people in the workplaces and those who are in the villages but cease to attend schools), and (3) strengthening RHAC Youth Network for Health. We collaborate with the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport, schools, universities, and in villages with local authorities, and RHAC youth network for Health to ensure youths are empowered. RHAC is now recruiting staff for the Youth Health Program, starting in 2025.

Duties:

Under direct supervision of the project manager, PPO should (be):

• Representation of RHAC and the program/project at the provincial level to relevant stakeholders and partners;

• Responsible for the implementation of the project at the provincial level to ensure the qualified targets are successfully achieved;

• Prepare work plan, budget, and report (monthly, quarterly and annually);

• Conduct ongoing monitoring and management; including accurate and timely reporting and ensuring all activity are in line with project strategies;

• Cooperate with PoEYS for CSE monitoring for teachers and students;

• Work with university, schools and other youth networking for conducting education session, events in the youth center, schools, universities, and other youth networking;

• Support RHAC Youth Network for Health for conducting youth-led initiatives and involve them in developing IEC tools including design/layout and print for SRHR promotion activities for young people;

• Collaborate with the other RHAC’s project to promote RHAC contribution in the communities;

• Implement tasks assigned by project manager/ or management team.

Requirements:

• EDUCATION: University degree in medicine, or in Public Health, Social Science, any other relevant fields

• EXPERIENCE: A minimum 3 years’ experience the implementation a community health program, preferably in sexual and reproductive health among youth and vulnerable groups

• Good Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Drive

• Good communication, interpersonal skills and analytical skills

• A good attitude towards beneficiaries and a strong commitment to their needs.
