Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC)

is a leading NGO, working on sexual reproductive health,

including maternal, newborn health, and HIV/ AIDS. RHAC

​is implementing projects in 19 Provinces in Cambodia,

with HIV project’s coverage in 13 provinces. RHAC is currently

seeking the talented and committed qualified Cambodian

Candidates to fill the position

of Outreach Worker Supervisors (OWS) at Kampong Chhnang

(one position) and Banteay Meanchey (two positions).

Main Responsibilities

• Support OW to increase detection of new HIV cases among

MSM, TG &FEW through effective scale up of HIV/STI testing,

PDI+, Virtual Outreach and referral for treatment and receive

PREP services.

• Capacity building to OW through supervision, coaching at

workplace follow RHAC & NCHADS guideline.

• Coordinate with OW to organize health education at hotspot

sites and entertainment establishment.

• Prepare activities plan and reports/record and join

meetings as assigned.

• Coordinate and collaborate with other RHAC projects staff,

Health Officer, local authority, and Entertainment

Establishments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of public health or business management or

human resource management or relevant degree.

• At least 3 years of experience working in the community

health or as a project coordinator.

• Ability to write and communicate in Khmer and English.

• Be able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
