The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct the end-line evaluation for the "Partnership for Garment Factory Workers’ Access to Sexual and Reproductive Health Services" project, funded by the Japan Trust Fund (JTF). This two-year initiative, which began in 2022, aims to empower garment factory workers (GFWs) by enhancing their access to sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services, improving health-seeking behaviors, and providing better financial protection.

Purpose of the Consultancy
The consultant is expected to produce the end-line evaluation to measure progress, determine key achievements, and provide critical insights into the project’s effectiveness since its inception within a timeframe from Oct 22, 2024 to Dec 06, 2024.
