• Position: Community Health Program Manager

RHAC is working on Women Health, and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights since 1996. We work with women, adolescents, garment factory workers, entertainment workers, and other vulnerable groups. We implement our works in 13 provinces in Cambodia, and work closely with relevant government ministries and the development partners.

Summary of the Position:

Under the direct supervision of Executive Director/Associate Executive Director, the Program Manager (PM) manages and monitors regularly progress of the Community Health Program implementation in the target factories, community according to annual workplan, budget and log frame and ensure qualified outcome of the program, against indicator and result framework. She/he also involved with the process of institutional resource mobilization.

Requirement:

• A degree in social science or Public Health, or other relevant fields

• A minimum of three-year experience in working in the public health area, preferably in sexual and reproductive health among vulnerable groups Knowledge of evaluation, both quantitative and qualitative

• Experience in working in community or with public health systems

• English in fluency

• Good computer skill: Microsoft Office and research software
