The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC), founded in 1996, is one of Cambodia’s most respected and influential non-governmental organizations, dedicated to improving maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health and wellbeing, including advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for all people. We work with rural women and girls, adolescents, factory workers, and vulnerable groups (entertainment workers, disable persons, victims of domestic violence etc.). With a history of over 25 years of impactful service delivery, RHAC has been at the forefront of advocating for and providing critical SRHR services, education, and information. The organization works tirelessly to ensure that every individual, including youth, women, LGBTQ+ individuals, persons with disabilities, and those in rural communities, has access to essential health services and the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about their sexuality and reproductive health.

RHAC is seeking a qualified audit firm which is internationally and nationally recognized and registered audit firm in Cambodia with the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (“ACAR”) to conduct a financial audit for:

1. ORGANIZATION (RHAC): for financial statement from 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025).

2. HER-AIM project, funded by ChildFund Korea: for the financial statement from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2025

3. Improve Maternal and Adolescent Health through Empowering Communities and Strengthening Primary Level Health System Project (IMAH), funded by JOICFP: for financial statement from 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025).

The audit firm is required to submit the following:

• A complete detail audit proposal (technical and financial) supported with the CVs of auditors who will be assigned for this audit, and

• Certificate of registration, and

• Copy of V.A.T Registration Certificate
