Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a leading NGO, working on sexual reproductive health, including maternal, newborn health, and HIV/ AIDS. RHAC is implementing a IPPF-CBD project to strengthen the quality of SRHR services provision at public health facilities and short term contraceptive method distribution by CBD/VSHG, care and support for SGBV survivors and other vulnerable people included people with disability.
Responsible for RHAC’s effective implementation of Community Based Distribution (CBD) Project in Sampov Loun district of Battambang province by managing CBD agents in conducting group education session on safe abortion and SGBV, distribute oral contraceptive pills and condoms and referral WRA receiving long term contraceptive methods and other SRHR services at health facilities
Support CBD agents to develop household mapping, distribute condom and oral contraceptive pills and referral WRA as well as other vulnerable population receiving SRHR services at the health centers and referral hospitals.
Under the supporting from supervisor, field supervisors will coordinate with MCH officer of PHD, OD and HC in organizing long-acting reversible contraceptive refresher training for health care providers and organizing MCAT meeting.
Provide technical support to CBD in conducting small group education on SRHR.
Cooperate with commune authorities to ensure SGBV cases received appropriate services and other client can access digital platform on SMMA and other SRH services.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly work plan and budget requests and submit to PPC/team leader.
Communicate and coordinate with the relevant health facilities, stakeholders and partners, to build up network and partnership.
Medical assistance or midwifery/nurse degree/Social Science with Public Health experiences
A minimum of 2 years experiences in community health program, preferably in reproductive health. Experience in coordinating and working with health care provider in health center and referral hospitals.
Few years experiences in working on sexual and reproductive and right
Few experiences working for supporting the public or private health facilities and communities.
A good working knowledge of English
Be able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
