The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is seeking a qualified consultant/firm to conduct the evaluation of the project "Improve Access to SRHR Information and Services among Rural Community Population" in Sampov Loun OD, Battambang. The 19-month initiative, running from May 2023 to December 2024, aims to enhance family planning (FP) services in rural communities through Community-Based Distribution (CBD) and strengthen the collaboration between CBDs and health centers.

Objective:

The consultant/firm will assess the effectiveness and efficiency of CBD services, including client satisfaction, contraceptive uptake, and cost efficiency, while evaluating the collaboration between CBDs and health centers.
