The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a NGO focusing on sexual and reproductive health and family health including maternal and child health, TB and HIV/ AIDS. It presently works in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Preah Sihanouk, Kampong Cham, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Siem Reap, Takeo, Mondulkiri, Pailin, Kandal and Koh Kong. RHAC is seeking suitable Cambodian candidates to fill the following vacancies:
Main Responsibilities:
The Project Officer will be responsible for planning, budgeting and implementing the Youth Health Program. S/He will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and participate in project monitoring and evaluation, supervise, train and guide the staff to ensure that planned targets are achieved, establish peer educator networks both in and out of schools, participate in training youth peer educators, develop training curricula and sexual health education guidelines; Liaise effectively with all stakeholders, and relevant government departments.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a University Degree in Social Sciences or relevant field. Health background preferred; 3 years experience in designing, implementing and monitoring a community development project at grassroots level; Working experience in the field of HIV/AIDS and reproductive health; Good knowledge of English and computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point; Willingness to travel extensively in the field; Good communication and presentation skills.
