The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a NGO focusing on sexual and reproductive health and family health including maternal and child health, TB and HIV/ AIDS. It presently works in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Preah Sihanouk, Kampong Cham, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Siem Reap, Takeo, Mondulkiri, Pailin, Kandal and Koh Kong. RHAC is seeking suitable Cambodian candidates to fill the following vacancies:
Main Responsibilities:
The Team Leader will be responsible for preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans of the project, supervising the staff to ensure that all project activities are implemented as planned, preparing and submitting monthly reports on a timely basis, controlling inventory of equipment, furniture and supplies and coordinating effectively with all stakeholders and relevant government departments.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a University Degree in Health or Social Science, 3 years experience in implementing/monitoring a community development project at grassroots level; Ability to prepare work plans, progress reports and budgets. Working experience in the field of HIV/AIDS and reproductive health; A working knowledge of English and computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point; Willingness to travel extensively in the field by motor bike; Good communication skills and team spirit.
