The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a NGO focusing on sexual and reproductive health and family health including maternal and child health, TB and HIV/ AIDS. It presently works in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Sihanoukville, Kampong Cham, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Siem Reap, Takeo, Mondulkiri, Pailin, Kandal and Koh Kong.
RHAC is seeking a suitable Cambodian candidate to fill the following vacancy based at it’s HQs in Phnom Penh.
Main Responsibilities:
The Secretary/Office Manager will be responsible for administrative functions in the management office. S/He will have a pleasing personality, good communication skills and be a highly organized person, committed, hard working, flexible and willing to travel in the field. S/He will be required to maintain a filing system, attend to correspondence in Khmer and English, translate from one language to the other as required, record meeting minutes, prepare reports and communicate with all levels in the organization.
Requirements:
A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other field, a minimum of two years experience in a secretarial/administration role, fluency in Khmer and English and excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and Power-Point.
