The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC), implements Workplace Health Program for garment factory workers in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Kampong Speu and rubber plantation workers in Kampong Cham, with funding from USAID and EU. The purpose of the program is to reduce the transmission of HIV/AIDS and STIs and increase access to sexual and reproductive health services and information, among the target groups. RHAC is looking for suitable Cambodian candidate to fill the following position:
Main Responsibilities:
With support and advice from the Program Manager and Project Officers and in consultation with the Trainers, take the lead role in the day-to-day implementation of the Workplace Health Program. Gather data and information related to the program from all sites and submit progress reports to the supervisor on a timely basis. Coordinate with different departments and programs of RHAC and other stakeholders for effective communication and referral purposes.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Health, University Degree or University student with working. * A minimum of three years experience in a community health project, involving Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS. * A working knowledge of English. * Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Power Point. * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * A good knowledge of participatory training techniques. * A good attitude towards clients, and a strong commitment to their needs. * Willingness to work flexible hours and travel in the field. * Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage
