The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC), implements Workplace Health Program for garment factory workers in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Kampong Speu and rubber plantation workers in Kampong Cham, with funding from USAID and EU. The purpose of the program is to reduce the transmission of HIV/AIDS and STIs and increase access to sexual and reproductive health services and information, among the target groups. RHAC is looking for suitable Cambodian candidates to fill the following positions:
Main Responsibilities:
The PA will select suitable factory workers and train them to function as Peer Health Promoters (PHPs) on HIV/AIDS, Sexual and Reproductive Health, in their respective places of work. S/he will organize education sessions for PHPs, special events at work places, and regular meetings with all stakeholders. S/he will prepare monthly reports, quarterly operational plan and budgets. S/he will maintain good working relations with relevant senior management staff of factories.
Requirements:
*Background in health or social science. *A minimum of two years working experience at community level. *Familiar with the life style and problems faced by factory workers. *Computer skills in Word, Excel & Power Point. *Good facilitation, communication and presentation skills. *Willingness to work flexible hours. *Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
