  Description :

The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a NGO focusing on Family Health including sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, TB and HIV/ AIDS. It presently works in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Sihanoukville, Kampong Cham, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Siem Reap, Takeo, Mondulkiri, Pailin, Kandal and Koh Kong. RHAC is seeking a suitable Cambodian candidate to fill the following vacancy based at it’s HQs in Phnom Penh.

  Main Responsibilities:

The Administration Coordinator will be responsible for the Administration, Procurement and Information Technology functions of the organization. This includes management of vehicles and premises, procurement of all items required by the organization, and the management and maintenance of the IT equipment and systems. Maintains good relations with all staff and provides administrative support to all RHAC departments and project sites, as needed. Develops/updates relevant policies, procedures and systems and ensures compliance. Coordinates with Government departments and local authorities, as needed.

  Requirements:

* A University Degree, in management, finance or administration.
* Minimum of five years progressive experience in a similar position involving administration and procurement management.
* A good knowledge of written and spoken English.
* Computer skills in Word, Excel, database and Power-point.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to work hard.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Willingness to travel in the field.
