  Description :

The Community and Public Health Support Program of Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) implements a component on Tuberculosis Community DOTS in Prey Veng and Takeo provinces, with support from the Global Fund Round 7. The purpose of the program is to reduce the morbidity and mortality due to tuberculosis in order to contribute to social-economic development and poverty reduction. RHAC is looking for suitable Cambodian candidates to fill the following position:

  Main Responsibilities:

The CF will work under the guidance of the Team Leader. S/he will provide technical support and supervise the community health facilitators and DOTS watchers in the community, monitor the implementation of program activities as planned. Conduct regular supervision on C-DOTS and provide feedback to the implementers, collaborate closely with PHD, OD TB supervisors and health center staff. Regularly attend bi-monthly meetings, organize education sessions (one-on- one talks and group discussions), and participate in the C-DOTS training, stakeholder meetings and other special events in the community. S/he will prepare monthly work plan and budget, quarterly operational plans, monthly progress reports, and expenditure reports. S/he will maintain good working relations with all stakeholders.

  Requirements:

* Background in health or social science.
* A minimum of two years working experience at community level.
* Computer skills in Word, Excel & Power Point.
* Working facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
* Good knowledge of English.
* Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively within the project areas.
