The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) implements a Youth Health Program in nine provinces of Cambodia and is presently seeking a suitable Cambodian candidate for the position of:
Main Responsibilities:
To assist the Program Manager in implementing the Youth Health Program effectively at the different project sites under the relevant funding sources. This involves planning, budgeting, administrative and technical support, staff supervision, hands-on training and monitoring/evaluation, to ensure that the program is implemented according to the plan. Reviews expenditure requests made by program staff, participates in the recruitment process for new staff and coordinates with all stakeholders including relevant government institutions (MOH, MOEYS, Provincial Health Department, Operational District, Health Centers, and Education Youth and Sport Provincial Officers/or Municipal Department, local authorities, NGOs and the community, to ensure smooth implementation of the project.

Qualifications:
- University degree in Social Sciences or relevant field; Health background preferred. Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in implementing a community development project at grass roots level. Exposure to sexual and reproductive health projects will be an asset. Other Skills:
- A working knowledge of English. Computer skills in MS Word, Excel & Power point.
Good communication, training and presentation skills.
A good knowledge of participatory education techniques
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively in the field
