The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a NGO focusing on Family Health including sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, TB and HIV/ AIDS. It presently works in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Sihanoukville, Kampong Cham, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Siem Reap, Takeo, Kandal, Koh Kong, Mondulkiri and Pailin.
RHAC is seeking suitable Cambodian candidates to fill the following positions in it’s
Youth Health Program:
Main Responsibilities:
• Participates in conducting education sessions to Youth "in the community".
• Provides counseling to young people seeking help at the Youth Center.
• Assists in managing activities at the RHAC Youth Center.
• Participates in recruiting and training new Peer Group Educators (PGEs).
• Based on experience in the field, participates in developing project plans, improving project design, and preparing counseling guidelines.
• Assists in developing IEC materials.
• Participates in project evaluations.
Requirements:
• A Degree in Social Science preferably in Psychology.
• A minimum of one years experience working in a Community Development project.
• Counseling experience, preferably in the field of Reproductive Health.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the field by motor bike.
