Workplace Health Program
There are a limited number of health facilities providing comprehensive and quality services to vulnerable women, or women in difficult circumstances such as factory workers. The Ministry of Health operates STD clinics which are mainly for entertainment workers with a primary focus on STI/STD and VCCT services.

Goal/Objective
This program aims to improve sexual and reproductive health needs of factory workers by working to provide integrated sexual and reproductive health and HIV/AIDS services to factory workers through RHAC’s clinic services, and to build the capacity of factory clinics to provide selected quality sexual and reproductive health services to their factory workers.
Activity
RHAC, over the years, developed good working relationship with the management and staff in more than 50 factories in Cambodia, which covered more than 100,000 factory workers. We used this working relationship to promote the use of clinic services among factory workers. In each factory where we work with, our activities include promoting healthy behavior through interpersonal communication (peer educators), group discussions, stage performance, health fair, and distribution of IEC materials. The program promotes health service utilization at RHAC clinics and Health Centers through referral systems and vouchers. In 2015, the program is being implemented in a total of 30 factories with 68,049 factory workers in Phnom Penh, Preah Sihanouk, and Kampong Speu provinces.
